We report on the 2022 Independence Day Parade in Quepos, Costa Rica celebrating the September 15, 1821 Liberty from Spain. Betty and I recall the past years we as children attended Independence Day Parades in North America under a red, white and blue flag. See the amazing smiles and beautiful spirits in the children.
